SHIPPING:

We ship to our lovely customers via USPS and when need be, via UPS. Items are generally packaged and sent out within 24 hours of the order placement. Once complete, you will receive an email with tracking information.

All orders $50 or more will receive FREE shipping.

Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

RETURNS:

For online purchases, merchandise may be returned for store credit or a full refund within 10 days of purchase. For in-store purchases, merchandise may be returned for store credit or a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

All items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tag/packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email.

Custom/special orders cannot be cancelled or returned, either for store credit or refund.

Sale and clearance items are final sale, nonreturnable.

If returning an online purchase, please be mindful that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable. We ask that the merchandise be well packed in the same manner as it was received. Upon receipt of the shipment, you will receive an email to confirm your refund/store credit.
