Return Policy

• Eligibility & Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached. Shoes must include the original box.

• Final Sale Items: Any item purchased at 30% off or more is final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

• Online Returns: Online returns require prior authorization before being shipped. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned merchandise is received and inspected at Jam Boutique (750 Old Fitzhugh Rd, Dripping Springs, TX 78620).
